Delivery

The goods are sent to our customers by DHL or Post up to five days after an order is confirmed (choice of color and form of payment).
When paying by card goods are sent after we receive the payment.

We request you to carefully write, give us all the correct information needed to complete the transaction, such as the exact shipping address and phone number (required for Post and DHL), payment methods and additional information about the purchased goods (color, model and other descriptions).

Direct Delivery

For our customers in the Gothenburg region, we offer free home delivery within 25km from Gothenburg quirks. For other area, and prices – please view the map.

Returns

Goods purchased in our store can be returned within 10 days without giving a reason after prior telephone contact, you need to return your goods at your own expense, provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging with no signs of use. Your sales receipt needs to be included.

Remark

All purchased goods are covered by 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any errors and omissions, please contact us for further support.

Upon receipt of delivery, check the contents of the package in the presence of the driver who delivers packages and for notice of damage during transportation, take minutes of the damages. In case of any damage to goods during transportation, our company would send a courier to get back the faulty product. We would send you the same brand new product by courier.

Payment is done in collaboration with Payson

We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards issued in Sweden, even those with credit. When your order ships from our shop, it passes the reservation to a billing automatically.

The shop guarantees to never give away your personal information or email address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, e.g. the police, prosecutors or other requested information. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored about you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database.
